Triple Creme Delice cheese with fresh strawberries
We swung by Maude’s one night in late May for a bit of the action. With the shift towards summer comes a few menu changes. The Delice de Bourgogne cheese has a new accompaniment of fresh strawberries and fines herb salad. Breakfast radishes are also recently back on the menu, served with butter and steak salt. And then there are classics that are always welcome, no matter the season, such as the cassoulet, or the steak tartare. Here’s a visual feast to tide you over until your next visit to Maude’s.
